We are working on creating a thorough model of peer counseling which works in two directions. The first of this is to help someone recover themselves using the counseling model we offer. Thereafter, if they wish to take up the training to become a peer-therapist themselves we would take them on as a trainee and impart the training, over a span varying between two- four years, depending upon individual capacity and background.
